TAPAWINGo DISTRICT

Anderson + Bohlander was retained in 2024 by Trinitas Development to serve as the lead planner and landscape architect for a new mixed-use development to be located in downtown West Lafayette, Indiana.    The Tapawingo District will provide over 900 new residential units, ground-floor commercial opportunities and a mix of public and private recreational amenities on a currently vacant 11 acre site.   Planned improvements will include new pedestrian and bicycling path connections to the regaionl trail system, public green space improvements and a new gateway park and monument sign welcoming visitors to downtown.
