MIXED-USE DEVELOPMENT

CINCINNATI, OHIO

PROJECT TEAM:

Architect: KTGY Architects

Civil Engineer:  Bayer Becker

Located on the banks of the Ohio River adjacent to the historic Yeatman’s Cover Park, Milhaus Development has completed a second installment of their Artistry Apartments development.  The Artistry name  serves as their signature offering of luxury apartments as they continue to expand into larger and more diverse markets around the country.  Anderson + Bohlander was fortunate enough to work on both the Indianapolis and Cincinnati Artistry developments.  This project  provides a new mixed-use development at the east end of Pete Rose Boulevard, just steps from US Bank Arena, Great American Ball Park, and Paul Brown Stadium.  The ground floor will feature space for a new commercial tenant and private fitness space for the tenants.  Internal to the structure will be a 30,000+ square foot roofdeck amenity space overlooking the Ohio River and the popular Newport on the Levy destination across the river.  Included in the roofdeck amenity space will be a luxury pool area with private cabanas and an outdoor bar adjacent to the shared aqua-lounge space within the building.  Also included will be an area for resident to access raised garden plots and a community table, intimate water features, and comfortable seating.  Near to the internal “art gallery” and coffee bar will be additional seating a large trellis structure allowing tenants to take advantage of the outdoor space for informal gatherings or work space.  For those looking for more active spaces, an area of synthetic turf and raised seating will allow for yard games and evening movies.
